- : The DynaCORE-L was conducted by the European research consortium DynaMORE (Dynamic MOdelling of REsilience). In the study, longitudinal data were collected to understand how resilience factors (RFs) adapt during the course of the COVID-19 pandemic and dynamically predict repeated measures of resilience. In the study, a sample of European participants recorded their mental health problems, experienced stressors and potential RFs on a weekly basis for a period of six weeks. The smartphone-based study remained online for approximately four months and it was available to participants in six languages (Dutch, English, German, Hebrew, Italian, and Polish).Participants had to complete one baseline survey of approximately 15 minutes. After that, a shorter survey was repeated once a week. In total, participants should complete six questionnaires (1 baseline and 5 weekly surveys) in a period of six weeks. If participants did not have time to participate for six weeks, they could just take part in the other one-time study DynaCORE-C. Participating in both studies was also possible. Data was collected from N = 558 participants.
